The problem
How it works
01 · Book
Live availability, price on screen, required items and damage waiver added automatically. Deposits and ID checks done before the van leaves.
02 · Dispatch
Plan runs across depots, push jobs to drivers’ phones, and cross-hire or route to a partner when you’re out of stock or out of area.
03 · On hire
See what’s out, what’s due back and what’s ready to go. Extend or swap without rekeying a thing, with the customer’s price locked.
04 · Off-hire
Customers request collection themselves. Drivers capture photos, condition and signatures; inspections are logged against the asset.
05 · Invoice
Contracts, certificates and invoices generated from the hire and sent to your accounts package.
